I have put together a quick step by step how to below. This is specific to Outlook 2013.
? shorthand: Open Message > File Menu > Properties > Internet Headers
Step 1
Double Click to open message in its own window.
Step 2
Click File Menu in message window.
Step 3
Click Properties Button to open the Properties windows.
Step 4
In the “Properties Window” indicated by the red box in the image, click to place cursor anywhere in the box to copy and paste the contents into a text editor, such as notepad or word, to make it easier to read.
